Your responsibilities:

  • Upon a customer selecting our system, you will ensure its technical implementation is seamless and assist them in maximizing their investment. This requires comprehensive knowledge of the system, including data migration, configuring complex settings, API integrations, user management setup, and network configurations.

  • You will serve as the expert on complicated technical inquiries and guide both customers and colleagues through the setup and optimization process for each project.

  • You address technical challenges effectively and have a keen interest in understanding the system’s functionality and problem origins.

  • You will dissect issues to their core and offer structured solutions. Your attention to detail ensures that optimal solutions are provided to the customer.

What you bring:

  • Higher education degree in ICT or a related field.

  • Professional English proficiency; other languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish) are a plus.

  • Based in or willing to travel to Eindhoven region.

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, customer-focused.

  • Flexible, collaborative with customers and colleagues.

  • Strong communication skills
