Your role as a Software Engineer

As a .NET developer, your primary role will be not just developing software but also to contribute to the entire process. Your input is valuable in the creation of innovative solutions for our customers. Working in small, multidisciplinary teams from concept to completion, your involvement ensures a good variety of tasks every day. The applications you build with your team cater to numerous questions in the automotive sector, helping them to progress. You implement the desires of customers into new product features, develop applications based on Microservice architecture and cloud principles, and migrate existing applications or build new ones for a new Azure landing zone to be developed.

What you bring:

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Technical Informatics, Computer Science or similar.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience with .Net and C# software development.

  • You have good knowledge of C# and SQL, in addition to .NET Framework 6, ASP.NET, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Clean Architecture/Clean Code, and Cloud migration (with 12 factor / Azure).

  • Experience with automated testing and having an eye for simple and maintainable code is essential.

  • Having knowledge of Angular would be a plus but it is not mandatory.

  • You have an excellent command of the English and Dutch language (both oral and written).

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this position should hold an HBO level education and have at least 3 years of experience as a .NET developer or a similar role. They should have knowledge of C# and SQL, in addition to .NET Framework 6, ASP.NET, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Clean Architecture/Clean Code, and Cloud migration (with 12 factor / Azure). Experience with automated testing and having an eye for simple and maintainable code is essential. Having knowledge of Angular would be a plus but it is not mandatory.

What Problems you will solve:

You will be involved in solving complex problems related to application development following Microservice architecture, implementing cloud principles, and migrating existing applications and building new applications on a new Azure landing zone
